Morin Print Building

This two-story brick building was built in 1889 as the Vogt Opera House by German brothers Maximillian and Frank Vogt, who settled in The Dalles in the 1860s.

In 1891 the structure was destroyed by fire but was rebuilt and later sold to the Morin family whose possession it remains in today.

Today the building houses Morin Printing and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
